Summary: Well-priced hotel in a fairly quiet corner with reasonable walking distance to the station directly next to Haneda Airport. It has everything you need for your stay - washer, dryer, microwave, hot plate, mini fridge, high-tech toilet. The only potential downside were that the beds were rock hard - I personally like it, but it's obviously not for everyone.
