Welcome to your Sunset Beach getaway! Elegant native, PNW landscaping, wonderful waterfront property ready for your weekend getaway or remote work stay! Road is separated from property by large privacy fence. Premier, south shore location enabling you to soak in the sun all day, as opposed to north shore morning-only sun.
Swimmable, warm-water part of Hood Canal in the summer. Lawn is big enough for yard games, so bring your favorites (we even have a few)! It's called Sunset Beach for a reason -- this area has beautiful sunsets over the Olympics. Enjoy lovely, brisk beach walks in the winter and breath some salty air. Year-round, this is a wonderful retreat.
The space
The house has two upstairs bedrooms with one queen bedroom and one king bedroom with a large downstairs family room which includes a third convertible trundle-to-king bed (can either be two twins or one king). Large upstairs deck overlooking the water, beautiful living areas with enough lounge and dining areas for a family or multiple couples.
Buoy for bringing your own boat/jetski. Two boat launch options within 15min land drive of property. Basketball hoop for land-lovers. Clams and world-famous "Sunset Beach" oysters on the beach for harvesting. Kayaks available for seasonal crabbing or fishing.
Please note that while we consider the house and property to be child-friendly, it is a waterfront property and, as with most homes on Hood Canal, there is no fence between the waterfront yard and the water. There is a full-fenced "back-yard" large driveway area with a bistro table and chairs to watch the kids play basketball or run around if you want a non-beach access play area.
