With lake access a 1/2 mile away & a mile from Lakewood Beach, you are so close to all the major shopping and great dining on Fairmount Avenue. Located 30 minutes from ski resort Peak N Peek & 50 minutes from Holiday Valley, spend days exploring one of the historic towns nearby, including the Chautauqua Institution. This house has everything you need for a quick getaway or an extended stay.
The living room features a 50-inch Roku Smart TV, an electric fireplace, and a sectional couch with a pullout bed for two.
If you don't feel like breaking the bank by eating out every night, the kitchen has an air fryer, Instant Pot, VitaMix, oven, microwave, coffee maker, cold brew, and more.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and TV while the guest bedroom has a triple bunk bed for all the kids!
