This enchanting residence showcases a main house and a dual-level detached house with an en suite bedroom, living room, half-bath, and kitchenette. These two spaces are connected by a charming, covered bridge that gracefully arches over the heart of it all - the centerpiece concrete swimming pool with travertine decking. The pool can be heated at fee of $60 per night.

Summary: I will be the first to admit that i overlooked way down that the private pool would not be opened until may 1st. I was exited after seeing the pictures of the home and silly me thinking it was spring break, i assumed the pool would be opened. Once i realized that the pool would not be open, i called vacasa and offered to pay extra to have it open. They refused. I asked if i could move my reservation further in the summer, first i was told i could, offered me the price difference which i was willing to pay but i had to confirm with my husband. This would allow me to book another home for spring break. I called back a few minutes later to pay the difference and they said no such thing was offered and refused to change my reservation. We arrive at the property to see the pool was full and open, nothing covering the pool. I assumed they felt some kind of compassion towards me and opened it. I texted with vacasa the next morning and asked to pay as advertised the fee to heat up the pool since unfortunately the days were going to be chilly. They advised me again the pool was closed. I replied, the pool was full and opened, nothing covering it. They refused. I thought... Let me call and speak with someone. That person that answered advised me they needed a 72 hour advance notice to heat up the pool...After me calling and texting with them before my arrival they tell me this?? It felt like they were eating candy in front of a kid and not giving them any. A full pool they couldn’t use
