The Space:
Located in one of the most exclusive and attractive areas of Mexico City, this fabulous apartment ((80 m2 / 861 ft2) will enchant you with its great style and sobriety, ideal for 4 people.
From the balcony, you will enjoy a breathtaking view of this magical part of the city. It has 2 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and the other with a Queen Size Bed (with its own bathroom), both with excellent quality linens. It has an extra full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a Smart TV with cable service in the living room so you don't have to miss any of your favorite shows and movies.
The apartment also includes an iron and ironing board, smoke and carbon monoxide detector, cleaning products, as well as a washer and dryer. All bathroom amenities are complimentary.
The building has 24-hour security and concierge service, 2 elevators, a covered pool with sun loungers and a very well-equipped Gym.
The rooftop is simply spectacular. There are many chill spots and a grill for you to cook a BBQ.
Also, play pool in the Adult Lounge or simply use it as a Business Center.

Hours: 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 pm.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for them (see house rules).

Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 am. (alcoholic beverages are not allowed. See house rules).
*Rooftop
Hours: 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 pm. from Sunday to Thursday and 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays. It’s the only area in the building where smoking is allowed.
The use of the grill is subject to availability and has a cost per reservation (cleaning). There’s also an obligatory deposit which is refundable (see regulations and/or ask your host).
The Neighborhood:
Polanco is a beautiful and distinguished neighborhood of Mexico City with cultural venues, museums, galleries, luxury shops, international food restaurants, shopping malls and more. Polanco is also characterized by its ethnic diversity and security as it houses embassies and consulates and a great business activity, which is why it is one of the key centers of CDMX.
Getting Around:
You will be a few steps from the avenida Ejercito Nacional where you will find various restaurants and the Antara shopping mall and el Teatro Moliere You can also travel by bicycle, uber or taxi to visit the Soumaya and Jumex museums or visit the famous Anthropology Museum in the Bosque de Chapultepec. If you love walking, put on your most comfortable sneakers and walk to Paseo de la Reforma so you can see the impressive National Auditorium. If you want to go shopping, you can do it at Palacio del Hierro, Plaza Carso or have the best time enjoying the exclusive restaurants and bars on Masaryk avenue.

Other Things to Note:
For security reasons, official identifications of the reservation holder and his companions are required to check in (they can be requested before arrival to speed up the process).
* Smoking is not allowed inside the building or the apartment (except for the rooftop). You will be fined if you break this rule.
* In case of possible incidents, an extra charge of 300 USD will be applied.
* We’re pet friendly, but a $200 deposit may be charged to cover any incidents.
