Perfect for families with younger children is this modern duplex across from the beach. Internally the property has four bedrooms and three bathrooms (two of which are ensuites and one has a corner spa).
Wander across for your morning swim or around to Kingsley Beach for your morning surf,then stroll home for a BBQ breakfast on one of the three decks. After that grab your car and drive to Nelson Bay or Salamander Centre and enjoy our resort style shopping and cafes.
Back to the beach house for your afternoon swim or rest in air conditioned comfort and then enjoy drinks and nibblies watching the sunset over Boat Harbour Beach!

Summary: Place was great but discriptiion needs to incude that the stairs are steep and slipery when wet. Would suggest lighter luggage as its a bit of a struggle hauling suitcases up and down. Other than that great place.
