The property comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests.
You’ll love the wide open, bright space of the family, kitchen and dining area of this townhome, situated on the upper floor. The large kitchen island gives you plenty of space to prepare your meals for the family while the living area with 46” Smart TV and Blu-ray player is the perfect place to relax after a day at the theme parks.
Our two bed townhomes feature 1 king bedroom on the top floor and 1 two-twins bedroom downstairs. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and include 32” Smart TVs. There is FREE WiFi throughout. The separate washer and dryer are located on the ground floor, while the back door of the home opens out to your covered garage. All townhomes have private courtyards and balconies where you can take in some of that Florida sunshine!
The townhomes at Balmoral Resort are conveniently located close to the resort entrance and adjacent to the clubhouse and amenities area of the resort, placing you steps away from the waterpark, resort pool, bar & grill, poolside bar, fitness center, games room and more!
Our homes are similar to hotel rooms in that all of our homes are furnished exactly the same. You'll always get the highest quality house regardless of the address!
2 bedroom townhomes require up to a $500 refundable security deposit, $150.00 one-time cleaning fee, and $20 daily resort fee. All fees are subject to 12% tax. A mandatory, non-refundable pet fee of $199 will be assessed to any reservations with pets.
