The tiny house is one block to the beach and six blocks to Flagler Ave, New Smyrna Beach’s Main Street where there are restaurants, shops and nightly entertainment. The house is extremely comfortable for one person and very comfortable for two (due to there being only one bed). Sorry it’s really not suitable for children. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing and private stay, the house offers a full bath with a shower, sink, toilet with bidet and washer dryer combo.There is plenty of storage for your clothes and personal items. The full kitchen has all the amenities and tools for cooking and baking and has a dishwasher, gas range and refrigerator. The property offers off street parking in the driveway and a private deck for you to enjoy the serenity, ocean breezes and the many birds, butterflies, fountains and occasional gopher tortoise moseying through the yard. It is located in back of the main house where owner resides.
