This BRAND NEW multi-million dollar luxury home in Brookside will make your trip to Tulsa very memorable. This home was custom built by the host, Ryan and to an incredibly high standard. This home is also furnished with high end furniture. If you like the outdoors, you will love this home with all of the outdoor spaces it offers. If you like to cook, you will be in LOVE with this kitchen that is a chef's dream. The location is hard to beat, walking distance to all of Brookside's amenities, a few minutes from Gathering Place and about 10 minutes from downtown.

The primary bedroom is downstairs and there are 4 additional bedrooms upstairs. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There is also a game room & office.
OUTDOOR SPACES: Upstairs, you will find a large outdoor deck. Downstairs, you will find a front porch, a courtyard, a covered back patio with a gas grill and best of all, a heated pool/hot tub with a nice area to lounge.
Ryan takes immense pride in this home. He is a builder and so he knows the house inside out. If there are any questions, he is thrilled to answer them.
