A wide spiral staircase leads to a spacious living room with large windows overlooking the covered terrace – affording fabulous views of the ocean, Flamingo marina area, and surrounding countryside!
Large dining area – again with large windows and walk-out to the “outdoor living room” terrace, Pacific Ocean, and lush surroundings. There is also an extra ½ bath for guests.
Adjacent to the dining area is a large, fully equipped, kitchen with a walk-out to a rear terrace and staircase leading to one of our two 42-foot pools, sunning terraces, and tropical gardens.
The master bedroom features a 4 poster king bed, walk out to the covered and open terraces, a large walk-through dressing room, and a full bathroom with a skylight. This Suite offers spectacular views, total comfort, and absolute privacy!
We can add additional beds into the living room of Suite 103 - if required.

Adventure activities on land and sea are all within easy reach. Snorkelling, surfing, beaching, birding, sailing, fishing - (onshore and offshore) - can easily be arranged. Land activities include several area zip lines, horseback riding, ATV adventures, hiking to a volcano, mud, and mineral hot spring baths, biking, river rafting, exploring waterfalls and so much more that can be easily arranged for you. We are always here for your comfort and convenience.
WiFi is widely available throughout the property, so keeping in touch should never be a problem.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The property has I think five structures, all quite unique, with high quality construction, on a mountainside. Located five minutes from the beach, a large marina, and many restaurants. We were there for a month, and tried many of the restaurants, and we were never disappointed, not once. Good food, good service, and always with tables outdoors. The local people are just as nice and friendly as can be. While we were there several previous guests showed up for repeat visits. Great views. Playa Flamingo and Playa Conchal are excellent beaches. I love the laissez - faire attitudes in Costa Rica. The country has no military, and the culture is live and let live. Pura Vida!
