Guesthouse is nestled in the treetops of the Fredonia Mountain Nature Resort. Relax, unwind & recharge with access to a firepit & hot tub. Immerse yourself in nature as the location offers an abundance of wildlife, access to hiking trails & lakes (authorized guide). Perfect romantic getaway or writers retreat. Guesthouse is fully furnished & includes a kitchenette, coffee bar, microwave/air fryer, grill on private patio, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, toiletries, access to washer/dryer & own parking spaces.
Guesthouse is attached to the main house via a covered bridge so Guests can enjoy their privacy. Guests can park inside the garage underneath the guesthouse or outside on driveway. Either of which offers a private entrance. The guesthouse has an open floor plan with a private bathroom and is located at the Barr5 Ranch which covers approximately 58 acres. The ranch has a beautiful barn housing two horses.
Guest will have access to the wash/dryer (shared with Hosts) located in the garage. Fire pit and hot tub (should let Host know when access is desired to ensure dogs are contained and Guests will have private access). Barn, hiking trails and Lakes can be access with authorized guide.

Treetop Hideaway is part of the Barr5 Ranch. The Ranch is located within the Fredonia Mountain Nature Resort. Guests will be given an access code to enter through private gate. Within the gated area there are only two other cabins.
Guests will arrive at the main entrance to the Fredonia Mountain Nature Resort where they will pass the guard shack on the left. Tranquil Trail is a short drive from there and the private entrance (gate) is on the right. There will be the first cabin on the right, a fenced in trash bin area and then the driveway entrance leading to Treetop Hideaway. Guests can pull forward onto the driveway, park and access the garage opener panel on the left side (first bay). The code will be provided prior to arrival. If Guest wishes to stay parked outside they can walk down steps, go under bridge, walk up steps to the bridge and access garage. The code will be provided prior to arrival. Parking is free.

Property is on a septic system - nothing flushed down toilet other than toilet tissue.
Hot tub access from 7:00am to 11:00pm only unless special accommodations have been requested and approved.
There is an invisible fence on the property. However, the dogs do have access to some of the areas Guests have access to. Upon arrival, stay on the right side of driveway. Inside the guesthouse, we will leave a map of how the invisible fence is laid out. Guests should not cross over the bridge that connects Treetop Hideaway to the main house. If and when you desire to utilize the hot tub and/or fire pit, please communicate with the Hosts so they can contain the dogs to ensure your safety and privacy.
Arrangements for access to the barn at Barr5 Ranch, Fredonia Mountain Nature Resort lakes and hiking trails must be made in advance. They will also require an authorized guide.
Please communicate need for air mattress, pack-n-play, high chair, desk and chair. Once requested, we will include in the guesthouse.
