Welcome to Tranquility Hideaway!
We aim to provide you with a peaceful and rejuvenating stay. To ensure a seamless experience for all, please review and adhere to the following house rules.
We kindly ask that you review and confirm your acceptance of these rules within 48 hours of making your booking. If you feel you are unable to meet the guidelines, you may cancel penalty-free within this period. After 48 hours, our Strict Cancellation Policy will apply.

GENERAL RULES
Treat the Space with Care:
Tranquility Hideaway is a private retreat. Please be respectful of the property, nature, and all facilities during your stay.
Maximum Guests:
Guest limits must be observed at all times:
Tranquility Hideaway: 22 guests. Max 24 (subject to fees for additional pax)
Tranquility Guest House: 8 guests. Max 10 (subject to fees for additional pax)
Serenity Rooms: Max 2 guests per room
Tranquility Garden Cabin: Max 5 guests
No Pets:
To preserve the tranquility of the space and protect native flora and fauna, pets are not permitted.
Certified assistance and service animals are welcome in accordance with Australian law. Please notify us at the time of booking if applicable.
Children and Infants:
Due to natural elements such as creeks, wildlife, and uneven terrain, the property is not specifically designed for young children or infants. If they are part of your group, they must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian.

While we have no immediate neighbours, we ask that you respect the peaceful setting. Please keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM, especially if other guests are staying on the property.
Cleanliness:
Please wash dishes after use and leave all spaces tidy. Excessive mess may incur additional cleaning fees.
Furniture & Property:
Do not move or remove any furniture or decor. Everything has been thoughtfully placed for comfort, functionality, and flow.
SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS
Supervision:
As the property includes natural features such as creeks and bushland, we ask that all guests exercise care. Children must be supervised at all times.
Liability:
Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their group. Tranquility Hideaway is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss during your stay.

Carbon Monoxide:
