Centrally located on a quiet street with limited car traffic and NO BUS TRAFFIC 3 blocks from the Parque Santiago and 6 blocks from the Plaza Grande this lovely home is 3000 square feet with a Living Room and large screen TV, Dining Room with seating for 6 (additional seating for 4 on the terrace), large fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms all with their own bath and air conditioning and 2 covered terraces overlooking the full size swimming pool (not a splash pool) and the beautiful tropical garden.
There is also a garage for off street parking.
The home is on a quiet non-through street eliminating much of the traffic noise common to many of the streets downtown.

Summary: We had a great stay. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool in the very private and beautiful back yard. The house was large enough for our family and everyone had their own bathroom. Our property manager, Ken, was super responsive to our needs. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. This was our first time in Merida. Our Uber drivers had a hard time finding the correct address. However the taxi drivers had no issues. Our property manager helped us direct the Uber drivers. We learned the plumbing in Merida is a little delicate, compared to what we are used to and were told that no toilet paper could go in toilets and should be put in the trash instead.The house is beautiful inside but the neighborhood, as most of the neighborhoods, seemed a little rundown. They were very safe. We walked around at night and had no issues. My daughter lost her wallet and it was returned to her with everything in tact- including her cash!All around great stay!
