The guest shall use the Villa for residential vacation purposes only. Parties, gatherings, and large events on the Property, consisting of more than the number of Occupants allowed, are strictly forbidden.

VIOLATORS WILL BE EVICTED WITHOUT ANY REFUND.
Additionally, Pool and Landscape professionals do come to the house weekly to conduct their businesses, they cannot be rescheduled and would appreciate it if they would complete their tasks in a timely manner.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay, the location is good, gated commmunity near the highway, has amenities like pool and backyard etc. Nearly everything is as described. But there is a problem with ants & gnats. While it looks like the pictures there are ants in the bathroom on the sinks windows and walls in several rooms that were there when we arrived (which you would assume is directly after cleaning from the last guests) so that makes me believe the ant issue is ongoing. I’ve seen other reviews mention bugs as well and this is not a Florida tropical issue it seems different. And then overall some things need repair like a few holes in the wall/ ceiling. However on a positive note everything mostly looks like the pictures, communication was great we were able to check in early and had no issues. And we generally enjoyed our stay so I still give it 4 stars. But nobody like bugs.
