The open plan living area has spectacular uninterrupted bay views with the beach only 10 meters from the front door.
A 8 seater outdoor spa situated next to the beautiful alfresco indoor/outdoor living area is a new addition to this property, which has proved to be very popular. Tenants are loving the option of the beach out the front of the house and the spacious and sheltered spa out the back
This holiday house is, perfectly sized for 1-2 families. It has all the comforts and amenities that you need for a relaxing holiday. It has a large sun deck overlooking the beach and an alfresco outdoor entertaining area which includes:- huge decking area, open fire place, dining table, couch setting and plasma TV with Ausstar, kitchenette, BBQ, large bar fridge and sink.

The fully fenced backyard has an outdoor play area with swing set, sandpit & cubby house.

Inside the house, there is a huge open living kitchen, lounge and dining area, built in gas fire place, two reverse cycle units, two bathrooms, a sitting room and another generous sized lounge room, which includes a built in cubby house for children, a television, DVD and a Xbox 360.

A three lane boat launching ramp is next door (200 metres away) and there is ample parking at Tranquil Foreshore setting if you wanted to BYO boat.
Otherwise, there is a Hire Boat business next door.

If you feel like an afternoon of wine tasting, the Purple Hen Winery is just around the corner. . A children's play ground and barbeque area is also only a minutes walk away.
