✹ PLEASE NOTE: We request a signed Rental Agreement which will be emailed to you after you book and a security deposit of $300 (individual cottage). The security deposit is a hold (not a charge) on a credit card during your stay and released upon your departure.
✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door – a personalized code will be sent to you 72 hours prior to check-in.
✹ PARKING: Free parking is available on-site, adjacent to the cottage.
✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free and fast Wi-Fi available throughout the home, plus laptop-friendly work surfaces.

✹ “Rosewood Cabin” is just one of the properties within our cottage collection. Adjoining the “Laurel”, “Rosewood Cabin” forms one half of a side-by-side duplex. Both cottages have private entrances at opposite sides of the building and high-quality soundproofing. Get in touch with us if you’re looking to host a larger group.
✹ PETS: Our home is dog-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friends! A small, non-refundable fee of $100 for 2 dogs per stay is charged.
✹ The hot tub is kept fully sanitized and pristine and is serviced twice weekly by a professional hot tub company.
✹ The Main entry door and fire pit area, outside, are monitored by a Ring security camera and are motion detection only which also records voices during motion. There are no cameras inside. Tampering with camera in any way is against house rules and may result in cancellation of your stay.
✹ Worry-Free Cancellation Policy: Cancel any time up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival, and you will receive a refund of your deposit minus a $65 cancellation fee. You may reschedule your visit with us up to 7 days before your scheduled arrival date with no change fee. If your new dates result in a higher reservation cost, you will be asked to pay the difference.
✹ We strongly encourage you to consider trip insurance to eliminate any concerns. PLEASE NOTE: There is an option for CFAR Insurance (Cancelling for Any Reason). We remind you to read the small print carefully so that you know if it covers what you think you'll need.
