Beautiful farm located 900 meters from the emblematic town of Sineu in the interior of Mallorca. Traditional house of 130 M2 consisting of two floors. On the ground floor, two double bedrooms, as well as a large living room and dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen, access to the porch and 1 bathroom with a bathtub. On the top floor, 1 large bedroom, as well as a fully equipped bathroom with a bathtub, and a beautiful terrace with incredible views of the Serra de Tramuntana.
The porch is equipped with a large table with 8 chairs and a barbecue.
The new swimming pool (8x4 m) is located in front of the house and has 6 sun loungers and parasols.

The 7,000 m2 plot is surrounded by trees and plants and a typical Mallorcan stone wall.
The perfect place to relax and unwind.
A volleyball net, a ping-pong table, and many other games provide you with many possibilities for fun.
If you prefer, you can relax on one of the loungers under the pool umbrella.
