Positive: Great location Awesome water pressure Comfortable beds Ample space for everyone Quiet neighborhood
Negative: Grill was rusty and super dirty and couldn’t use it. (We received compensation) House made weird water pipe noise the entire time but worse at night. They had two ovens, one didn’t work. Lack of cooking utensils. Had to run the d/w several times per day. Outside bathroom wasn’t working and everything was covered with polen. The kitchen sink was almost lose from the counter. Needs brackets and caulking.
Summary: Love the location but house is outdated.
