Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am.
Please leave garbage cans in the garage as our team will come by to move them to the curb on Sunday evenings (they will use a garage door opener to access the garage only to not to disturb you during your stay). Trash pickup is on Monday mornings around 6am. Our team will return on Monday afternoon to place them back into the garage. Please do not place any trash bins or trash bags on the curb otherwise the association will fine us. If you have time, please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry baskets in each bedroom. If you have time to start one load of laundry that's great, if not no worries.
Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200/fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people that will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.

Guest Access:
Since this home is dedicated to guests such as yourself, we will have space in closets and bathroom drawers for you to make yourself at home. You are welcome to use all of the kitchen amenities, but please use them with care. One day before you arrive we will be sending you a Welcome Letter with all the details about the property including the Access Code and location. The house will have a lockbox on the front gate where a key for your stay will be available.
Getting Around:
A private car is the best form of transportation. In addition to Taxi service from the Palm Springs airport, both Uber and Lyft. That being said, both have very affordable services for festival goers. Take a walk to Ernie's bar and grill: Array of fine wines, hand-crafted beers, and spirits and watch the game indoors or cozy up by the fire pit. Take a walk to Wallaby's: Take in panoramic desert vistas and soak up the spirit of Australia in the Greg Norman Clubhouse at PGA WEST.
