The courtyard, built in 1850, is completely isolated on a mound. Surrounded by 40,000 square meters of garden and meadows, the courtyard is idyllically located approx. 800m from the lighthouse. In 2016 and 2017 it was completely, lovingly and extensively renovated. He got u. a. a thatched roof, new Danish wooden windows, adobe walls and wooden floors. The apartment, Regentrude, has about 130 square meters and has 2 floors. On the ground floor there is the large entrance area with living and dining room with oven and open kitchen as well as a shower room with a large rain shower. The new staircase leads to a large hall. From there you get into the two bedrooms and another shower room also with a large rain shower. The two new bathrooms have windows and offer a view of the old orchard. In autumn and winter the view of the lighthouse falls. The apartment is high quality, u. a. with Riviera Maison furniture, furnished in a maritime style. The kitchen has a free-standing refrigerator with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob. Either a Nesspresso or Senseo coffee machine. A dog basket, bowls, blankets and towels are available for the four-legged friends. From June to the end of August you can place your horse on the pasture belonging to the farm.
