The home sits on a large lot backing on Copper Point golf course and is only a 20 minute drive to the two ski hills (Fairmont and Panarama), and close to both hot springs.
The home features an open concept kitchen, great room with two decks, fireplace and (vaulted) ceiling windows - providing lots of natural light, a den, primary bedroom, and two more private bedrooms on the lower, ground level. There are board games for all the family, two outdoor fireplaces (wood & propane), outdoor play features, and a extra large dining table for meals.
