Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The room was spacious, the bed was clean and comfortable. The food was very good, fresh and plentiful. The staff were very helpful.

Negative: The room was very cold (mid April) and although I asked at least twice no hearing was forthcoming. The decor, especially the carpets is tired and grubby in places. I thought it was very expensive for what it was, and would have expected a better level of luxury. Although we were on the ground floor, our room was a long walk for us being disabled.

Summary: It was ok, I wouldn’t go back as the location wasn’t ideal for us and we’d return to our usual hotel in Moreton in Marsh
