This is a single family home with a two car garage. The living area has 24'' marble floor throughout and there is brand new carpet in all the bedrooms. Summary: with a lovely pool and hot tub for a big bachelorette party! the kitchen and living room space is perfect for us all to eat and hang out together. the pool and views were clean and large enough for us all to enjoy the wonderful florida weather. publix and all other things were nearby. was also happy with the 3 full bathrooms and the new laundry machine :) lenny and dorothy were very gracious hosts and extremely helpful and kind, it was a great experience! thanks so much
