Positive: The property is amazing and located in a safe gated community.   The  2-story house is clean,  modern and very spacious ! Everything in the home is top of the line : kitchen , flooring ,  furniture,  appliances, ... The kitchen is well stocked and has everything we needed to cook . The house has a rooftop terrace with a private jacuzzi and a nice view of the Arch .  We were provided with everything we needed including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and a cooler for a perfect beach day. The water filtration system gave us peace of mind .
Negative: It is in a developing  community so expect some construction and dusty/bumpy roads to get there. Although the internet service was available  the wifi speed was sometimes slow or lagging .
Summary: Nice property !
