The space
'The View' is a newly built 2 storey, 3 bedroom home designed to capture the sensational views of the Blue Mountains escarpment, visible from the 25 acres of bush land called Ulandi.
The center piece, at the base of the atrium style, light filled living area, a wood fireplace. Which creates a warm nurturing space that is surrounded by a modular lounge suite providing ample space for lounging, chilling, watching television or playing games.
Bedrooms and additional relaxation lounges are located on the second level

Bedroom 3: 2 x King Single beds
The fabulous Spotted Gum deck is the perfect area to unwind, cook a meal, and soak up the view. Ulandi has an abundance of native wildlife and we are often visited by our Kangaroo family, possums, wallabies, echidna, eagles, wombats and if your very lucky a koala.

Once turning off Jenolan Caves Rd there is 1km of well maintained gravel road and the driveway to the property is also gravel. Parking is directly in front of the house. 'The View' shares Ulandi's 25 acres with the main house which is located 70 meters away. You are welcome to enjoy the bush land however please respect the areas that are marked as private (please see property map located in the guest book). The fire pit is there for your enjoyment (subject to fire restrictions).
Other things to note
Please understand that the property is a rural bush escape with abundant wildlife and as such is not suitable for pets.
