Sunny Cottage is wonderfully situated at the end of a cul-de-sac with mature landscaping which gives additional privacy. The bike/walking path and neighborhood beach access are a short walk away. Relax and take pleasure in the private heated (for a fee) pool on the beach side of the cottage and play ping pong on the quaint table underneath the house.
