• Water Note: Our property uses well water, as does the entire mountain town. The water is safe for use but may have a metallic smell or leave orange staining due to naturally high iron content. We provide bottled drinking water for your comfort during your stay.
• Limitation of Liability: The owner and their rental agent shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages to the tenant, the tenant's family, or guests that occur during the tenant's occupancy of the property.
