Positive: The property was good, the suite was ok. The small allocated area that we had access in the pool was ok, my kids love the slides but the time was cut short each day due to property maintenance.
Negative: They were many restrictions. The location didn’t have a restaurant in the property available or open for us to eat. The pool area was not available in the time frame it was indicated, closing early each time. We needed to clean after ourselves taking the trash out and doing dishes before leaving, this took time of our stay to make sure it got done before the check out time at noon. The Ac could not stay on while we were not in the suite, having to wait for the room to cool off every time we came back in. It was definitely very different to staying in a hotel. The shower and the toilet area had a glass door giving very little privacy for those using those areas. It didn’t work for me and my family. The staff at the property were not very pleasant, especially if you were not an owner. It was just a very uncomfortable stay, with a lot of can not’s. Not really knowing much of what you could or was available in your stay. We left early in the morning of the check out to avoid any other situations.
Summary: It was a ok stay, not the ideal vacation location for my family.
