Positive: Good location near Bells Beach, short walk to beach and local cafe and pub.
Negative: There was mould on the roof of a bathroom and surfaces such as window sills and fans were dusty. The yard wasn't very well maintained. The property is incorrectly advertised as being located in Bellbrae but it's a 15 minute drive away in a suburb called Jan Juc.
Summary: Nice place but not especially well maintained.
