Nestled among the beautiful Red Rocks of Cowes, only a short walk to Red Rocks beach and a quick 6 minute drive to the Phillip Island Winery or Cowes main shopping area this homely property offers the perfect escape away in a prime location.
The outdoor deck and backyard is perfect for entertaining family and friends. Have a BBQ while enjoying the beautiful serenity of the green paddocks that back onto the property and a cheeky glimpse of the ocean. This home consists of two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a queen bed and an additional toilet, the second bedroom has a single bed and a tri-bunk, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests.
The property features a bright open plan dining, kitchen and lounge area with a new spilt system cooling/heating, leading out to the decking area. This beachy shack is very homely and inviting.
