Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are not allowed inside the apartment or in communal areas. Paid parking options are available nearby; street parking may be limited. For your safety, please note that fire extinguishers, hoses, and ladders should only be used in emergencies.
