Hello, and welcome to The Rock House . This unique home is full of character from floor to ceiling.
Sitting on a quarter acre in a park like setting only 2 blocks from the golden sand beach of Skaha lake.
There is ample parking for your car or truck. This is a non-smoking home. It offers air conditioning, and high speed internet.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all dinnerware and cooking supplies. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and a kettle.
The king bed is unique and comfortable, perfectly suited to the space. A table for 2, with a large couch that reclines. There is a large walk-in closet with brand new stacking washer/dryer.
The bathroom has a tub and shower, toilet, vanity and linen closet.
The backyard features a child friendly private yard that is neatly kept with beautiful Lilac bushes with vegetables and fruits growing in the garden. There are also patio chairs, a picnic table and a BBQ grill on hand for outdoor lunch or dinner.
The Rock House is located only 2 blocks from Skaha Lake with family friendly amenities, including the nature-based adventure park, junior playground, water park, outdoor fitness area, tennis courts, basketball courts, concession stands, paddle board and jet-ski rentals, not to mention the beautiful golden sand beach!
