Boat trailers must be parked in garage. The garage will accommodate up to a 25 ft trailer. No boat trailers can be left on grounds, if the trailer is left on-site for more than 24 hours, the HOA reserves the right to have the trailer towed. Guest can make arrangements to store offsite at a local marina as well. Community waterways can accommodate a 25ft boat.
Hunter's Point is a unique and brand-new community with eighty-six single-family luxury homes designed to live in harmony with the environment without sacrificing comfort, each self-generating enough power to run itself.
