Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Did not eat breakfast.
Negative: Staff was inadequate and unprepared for the amount of patrons. Service was lacking. My partner and I were looking forward to a nice dinner in the dining room. Wait staff was mediocre and the noise level of patrons was the worst I have encountered. We looked forward to getting a cabana by the pool. Called ahead and was told could not reserve. Arrived at check in and asked about cabana was told again could not reserve. When we went to the pool it was closed for a special event. Totally unacceptable to clients. Was lied to twice. Understand the ability to not reserve, but knowing our reason for coming early to relax by the pool is lacking in up front info to make enjoyable stay.
Summary: Was very disappointed in staffing, service level and of use of amentiies
