To the north is legoland (15 min) Disneyland (50 min) and to the south is Seaworld (20 min) San Diego Zoo (25 min) Balboa Park (25 min) and Old Town (20 min) and Downtown San Diego (25 min) The home is a duplex, but rented as a single property so you get the benefit of 2 kitchens and ample area for dining and lounging. There are 4 bed, 3 bath upstairs and 4 bad 5 baths downstairs.
