Positive: It was a very nice facility. The location was convenient both to the Broadmoor as well as local shopping.
Negative: Recognizing that it's a new construction, the owner is gonna have to have the builder fix the wall cracks from the home shifting as well as adjusting some doors so they open and close smoothly
Summary: Had a wonderful time and enjoyed the property
