We are in the middle of both Orlando to the East (The Theme Park Capital) and some of the best beaches on the Gulf on the West.
We are located in a non-evacuation zone for those who are looking for a safe place to stay during hurricane season.

About our space:
Welcome to our spacious 2-bed 2-bath luxury coastal-rustic-style apartment.
Our apartment features an open floor plan with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen (Ninja blender, toaster, hot water kettle, pots & pans, utensils, etc.) and stainless-steel appliances with a built-in microwave. Additionally, a nice size pantry where you can store your food, if you choose to cook while on your stay.
We have a full-size washer and dryer with laundry detergent, dryer sheets & other laundry supplies for your convenience.
Our living area contains a coastal sofa with a Roku for your viewing pleasure. Grab the labeled remotes, log into your account, relax, and watch your favorite shows.
Don’t feel like watching TV? No problem, we have a variety of board games that would make a great game night with your family! Feeling lucky? Look inside the chest to see what treasure you will find.
The Master Bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a spacious walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom contains a luxe bidet, a bathtub/shower, and a double sink. An entire cabinet of various-sized towels for all your needs.
Working from home? No problem. We have a nice-sized desk overlooking our balcony preserve with fast-speed internet for all your virtual meetings. We also provide USB charging stations and universal plug-ins throughout the home.
The 2nd bedroom has a full-size bed, nightstand, closet, and nice size desk. Adjacent to, is the bathroom that also contains a luxe bidet, bathtub/shower, and a single sink.
We made our balcony into an outdoor living space that contains a tree-top style table and chairs to eat in al fresco, and outdoor furniture for all your lounging needs. Grab your favorite drink, sit down, and enjoy our peaceful expansive screened-in patio balcony overlooking the preserve where you may see: A variety of birds: Hawks, Owls, Crows, Cardinals, Egrets, Woodpeckers, and even deer.
The balcony also contains a remote-controlled ceiling fan with dimmer settings. The remote is next to the sliding doors. We have also added solar panel string lights to give it a soft romantic feel at night if that’s what you wish. They turn on automatically from sunset to sunrise.
We also allow one cat and/or dog because they are a part of the family too! We have a food and water bowl for them for your convenience. There is a dog park steps from our apartment and a pet spa if needed.
Guest access:
Not only do you have access to the entire 2 bed/2 bath apartment, you will also get access to our community amenities, (aka the pool, fitness center, yoga studio, pet spa, tennis court, playground, and dog park).
Wanna take a swim or lounge at the pool? Feel free to do so in our stunning resort-style pool with a screened lanai, new furniture, cabanas, hammocks, grill, and a fire pit (closes at sunset).
Need to get that workout in? No problem, feel free to use our 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center & yoga studio featuring fitness on-demand. There is also a lighted tennis court for your pleasure (racquets and balls are in the coat closet for your convenience).
We also have a pet spa for your fur baby, if needed. We allow one cat and/or dog because they are a part of the family too!
Do the kids need to release some energy? We have a community playground where they can play just steps outside of our apartment.
Need to walk your fur baby? All you have to do is walk downstairs to the dog park (next to the playground).
A few things to note for safety:
We chose to be on the top third floor not just for safety, but for peace & quiet. There is no elevator. Must walk up 3 flights of stairs.
There are two cameras in the home for safety. One is in the hallway to make sure no one leaves the door unlocked/open and the other is pointing to the kitchen to make sure no one has left the stove/oven on.
Rules & Conditions:
There is absolutely NO smoking in the home (it will trigger the smoke alarms). If you choose to smoke, please feel free to do so ONLY on the balcony. There is an ashtray provided for your convenience. Please be neat and respectful for future guests (no cigarette ashes and/or burns on the balcony furniture and area).
There are absolutely no parties, illegal drugs, and/or loud music allowed anywhere on the community property. Quiet hours in the entire community are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. every day of the week.
We allow one cat and/or dog because they are a part of the family too.
Any damages caused will be fixed or replaced at your expense.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
