Tucked away at the extreme point of the Sorrento and Amalfi coastlines, this prestigious Mediterranean villa is set amongst 5000sqm of olive groves and enjoys spectacular views of the Island of Capri.Well laid out to accommodate family and friends, The Lookout sleeps up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms.

Enjoy a 5-minute walk to thesmall village of Termini and the start of the National Marine Park listed Punta Campanella trail. Alternatively, the fishing village of Marina del Cantone with its beach clubs, restaurants, bars and coastal day trips is only a short 10min drive away, while the bustling seaside town of Sorrento and Positano are within easy reach of the villa.
The Space

The main entrance of the villa is from the ground floor terrace. The large double doors open directly onto a light-filled, split level living and reading room. This cosy space is furnished with anL-shaped lounge, satellite TV and reading chair, while the upper level includes a two-seater sofa (with double sofabed option), reading chair, mini bar area and guest bathroom.
Through a small corridor off the main living space, is a stairway leading to the upper level, and the entrance to a spacious separate eat-in kitchen. The large kitchen, with 6-8 seater dining table and chairs, is fully equipped for the avid chef and includes a 5-burner gas stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and all the necessary cooking utensils to prepare a homecooked dinner. Adjacent to the kitchen is a small wash room with washing machine, iron, ironing board and wash area.
The main sleeping quarters of the villa is located on the upper level, where each bedroom enjoys high ceilings and access to a large wrap-around terrace with uninterrupted views of Capri Island and the stunning gardens of the villa.
The spacious master bedroom is adorned in period décor and enjoys large French doors that open onto the terrace, making it a peaceful space for two. Complete with a double bed, lounge area, large robe and spaciousensuite bathroom.
The second and third bedrooms are flooded with natural light and also enjoy direct access to the upper level terrace. In one of the double bedrooms, there is an additional single bed which can increase the occupancy of the villa to 11 guests.
The main bathroom is also located on the upper level and incudes a bath tub with shower over, toilet and bidet.
Separate from the main sleeping quarters of the villa, and with private access, is the fourth double bedroom complete with a double bed and private ensuite. This ground floor abode forms part of the main house, however has a separate entrance which opens out onto the main outdoor terrace and is perfect for extended family members.
The highlight of The Lookoutis the abundance of outdoor space and the wonderful English lawns and lemon orchards that surround the villa. The villa enjoys an aboveground swimming pool (open May -October) set in an elevated position and surrounded by sun loungers and deck chairs with stunning coastal views.
The shaded alfresco dining areas, swimming lounge furnishings, gardens and outdoor kitchen/bar area with woodfired pizza oven are perfect entertaining spaces and the ideal setting for our home chef service.
Split system air conditioning is installed in all bedrooms which will ensure you feel comfortable all year round.
Guests also have access to a small vegetable garden surrounded by olive trees, where tomatoes, zucchinis, eggplants, apricots, lemons, orange and other local seasonal fruit and vegetables are grown.
Location
The easiest way to reach the villa and move around the area is by car. We are also able to arrange transfers if needed.
The villa is in an excellent location with the small village and piazza (town square) of Termini only 100m away. Here, you will find your basic essentials including a mixed grocery store/ delicatessen, pharmacy, butcher, café bar, restaurants, newsagency, post office and the local bus stop with services to Sorrento or Marina del Cantone beach.
A short 4km from the villa is the quaint village of Sant’Agatasui due Golfi.There is much to enjoy inSant'Agata including great shops, bars, eateries, the parish church, the Monastery of Deserto and various archaeological ruins. The world renowned and Michelin hatted restaurant ‘Don Alfonso’, is also located in this little hamlet.
The Lookout is the perfect base to explore the Sorrento and Amalfi coasts’ natural and historical treasures with Sorrento historical centre(14 km/9 miles),Positano(20 km/13 miles),Amalfi (35 km/22 miles),Ravello(43 km /27 miles), Pompei(37 km /23 miles) and Naples (60 km /38 miles) within easy reach of the villa. Day trips to Capri Island operate from the nearby marina and fishing village of Marina del Cantone.
If you are a beach lover, there are a number of small beaches, hidden inlets and natural coves that are accessible on foot or by car from the villa. For the fit and adventurous, Cala di Mitigliano, amongst the area's loveliest little coves, is accessible on foot in approx. 20min.
