Welcome to the “Lay-over”This recently updated home has all new flooring, paint, lights, beds and furniture! We are a pet friendly establishment offering a clean and fully furnished getaway.
Marilyn Dr offers the best location! Less than 8 minutes away from Tanger outlets, Restaurants, bars, Charleston airport and the North Charleston Coliseum. Downtown Charleston is only 15 minutes away and Folly Beach is 25 minutes.
The home offers a fully stocked Kitchen with Fridge, Stove, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, air fryer, toaster, blender and more, all you need to bring is your food and drinks! The Living Room is cozy and offers a smart tv. Down the hall you will three bedrooms. The Master Bedroom offers a brand new King size Bed, all new linens and a smart tv. The other two Bedrooms offer brand new Queen beds as well as smart tvs.
The home is equipped with wifi internet.
There is also a blow up mattress and additional linens and a baby pop up crib.
Pets are welcome with paid pet fee. There is a fenced in back yard for the fur babies to run around. In the court yard area you will find a gas grill and patio table/chairs should you decide to stay in for a cozy evening.
There is plenty of parking allowing for 4-5 vehicles.
The host is a Charleston native and happy to provide AMAZING Restaurant suggestions and other fun things to do in Charleston.
