Positive: The apartment was well equipped, clean and as described. location was not bad. about 20 minute walk from broadway and right by the gulch. Beds were comfy, shower was spacious and overall a nice apartment The living room is spacious. We were there 5 people and had no problem.
Negative: we paid 390 a night which is a lot for an apartment like this. The apartment lacked extra bed sheets for the air mattress that is in the closet, but don't count on it because it leaks and I woke up each day on the ground. Parking is 30 a day which is a lot especially at this price point. I thought I could get around it but parking in Nashville is terrible so be ready to pay extra if you are coming with a car. The noise from the train tracks below is annoying sometimes and the shades don't block the light so you get a lot of light in the room when you are trying to sleep. Over all these are a lot of minor things that didn't really ruin the experience but it's important to note.
Summary: Great apartment, But price is a bit high.
