Der historische Ortskern von Ürzig ist geprägt von kleinen Gassen und Winkeln sowie alten Patrizier- und Fachwerkhäusern aus dem 16. und 17. Jahrhundert. Daher wurde der gesamte historische Ortskern als Denkmalzone unter Denkmalschutz gestellt. Das Marienkäferhaus befindet sich 50 Meter der Ortskern entfernt. Bis zu Moselufer sind es 200 m.
Das Marienkäferhaus wurde zwischen 1900 und 1920 gebaut. Wir haben die Schönheit diese alten Mauern freigesetzt, zu neuem Leben erweckt, bequem und modern gestaltet, um eine unvergessliche Erinnerung zu schenken!
Es ist ein dreistöckiges Haus mit Keller und Dachgeschoss. Das Haus wurde komplett mit Naturbaustoffe saniert. Es gibt drei Ferienwohnung, eine pro Stockwerk. Lichte werden über Bewegungsmelder bzw. per Fernbedienung kontrolliert. Infrarotheizung, über das Internet kontrolliert. Das Haus hat Elektrodurchlauferhitzer und WIFI.
Wir bitten die drei Wohnungen an, aber auch das ganze Haus. Ein Willkommendrink sowie ein sehr einfaches Frühstück stehen für Sie bereit. Die Wohnungen in EG und 1.OG haben Kamin. Die Wohnungen in EG und 2.OG haben Terrasse mit Grill Möglichkeit. Jede Küche ist ausgestattet mit Kaffee, Tee, Zucker, Süßstoff, Kaffeecreme, Olivenöl, Balsamico, Salz, Pfeffer und eine Flasche Wasser. Jedes Badezimmer hat Shampoo, Spülung, Duschgel, Bodylotion und Föhn. Es stehen 3 Fahrräder, 1 Schlauchboot und 1 Schlauchkajak im Keller gegen Aufpreis zu Verfügung. Falls Sie mit dem Fahrrade gekommen sind, kann kostenlos im Keller stehen bleiben.
