Positive: Great location. Hot tub, good facilities. Warm welcoming and very cosy. Lovely cake on arrival. Lots of dvds. Plenty of storage. Nice little garden area. Lounge was comfortable. Large bedroom plenty of room nice view across the hills, Fab location for walking running. Pub across the road friendly welcome and food good value.
