The Space:
"One of a kind" Marfa Desert Home of acclaimed interior photographer Douglas Friedman, filled with high-end art, “wabi-sabi funk” decor, and whimsical details.
LIVING:
Open space concept living room with plenty of seating for entertaining.
KITCHEN/DINING:
Fully stocked kitchen with stove, fridge, small appliances for cooking or baking, pantry, and dishware for hosting multiple guests and dining table with seating for six to eight people.
BED ONE:
King size bed master bedroom with private on suite bathroom that features Kohler's "Numi 2.0" hyper-tech toilet.
BED TWO:
The "Sunrise Room." Enjoy the Sunrise with ceiling to floor windows for 180 degree view of the beautiful surroundings.
BED THREE:
The "Sunset Room." Located on opposite side of the house to enjoy the best sunset.
BATH TWO:
Shower with Los Olivos bath products, and a second "Numi 2.0" hyper-tech toilet that features ambient colored lighting, a built-in speaker, automatic open and close function.
OUTDOOR:
10 acres of uninterrupted landscape and views. Featuring outdoor dining area, fire pit, shaded lounging couch, container lap pool, bbq grill and many more amenities to enjoy the beautiful West Texas sky.
POOL
The Friedman Ranch Pool s available seasonally, March-November. It is not heated.

The Neighborhood:
We are approximately 4 miles from town. There is a three mile stretch of dirt road once you are off the main drag, so expect to get a little dirty. There are few surrounding neighbors in the distance. A walk to town would take just over an hour and the drive is 10 minutes to all restaurants, galleries and shopping in Marfa.
Getting Around:
Our location is just four miles outside of Marfa down a dirt road. Car and fat-tire bikes are most suitable for getting around town. A walk to town would take just over an hour so a car is best.
