Being pleased with your vacation home is one thing...the desire to move into it is another. Welcome to the Downtown Greenhouse, the house you won’t want to leave! This meticulously kept property has been tastefully decorated and cared for by its active owners, evident through the many thriving plants found throughout the residence. This space is prime for those who want to see the sights of Nashville but also desire to soak up some time in a relaxing home base.
Upon entry, you’ll be smitten by the front porch with rocking chairs and flower baskets - a true sign that you’re in the south. Enjoy peaceful mornings here with your brew of choice as you map out a day of adventures.
Inside, the space is immediately inviting with beams of natural light, neutral furnishings, and pops of colorful decor. The open living space provides ample seating on the large couch. Snuggle up here in the evenings, and you can easily transition to movie night via the mounted smart TV.
Steps away, the kitchen is fully equipped with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances and everything you may need to whip up one of your signature dishes for fellow guests. Smaller appliances like a blender and coffee maker are also available for your convenience. A center island allows for additional prep space and seating for 2. Bordering the couch, you can find a dining table for 4.
The home sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably between 3 spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom is better than the next, with luxe linens and unique decor to be inspired by.
Bedroom #1 (The Primary Suite) offers a King bed and ensuite. The ensuite features dual sinks and a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 offers a Queen/Queen bunk bed and Bedroom #3 has a Queen size bed. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub setup.
The backyard is fully fenced in and features a spacious deck with patio furniture and a firepit. Make your way to the rear-end of the backyard to claim the hammock and sway right into relaxation mode.

Staying here means it’s more than doable to walk to major attractions downtown or get a short Uber/Lyft ride for a cheap fee. Stock up on local fare at The Nashville Farmers Market 0.5 miles away. The Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park, a gorgeous and active public park, is rich in history and reached in less than half a mile. To reach “Honky Tonk Central” on Broadway Street, an Uber/Lyft can get you to the middle of the action in less than 10 minutes. The home is right off of I-65, which makes the rest of Nashville very accessible. There are countless restaurants, places of interest, and shops to explore the areas mentioned above!

Summary: We loved this property! It was spacious and comfortable. The owners provided more basic supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, trash bags, toiletries than any other VRBO property I've stayed in before. There were even Keurig K Cups for us to enjoy each morning as we had our coffee around the patio table on the back deck. We enjoyed eating at restaurants in the Germantown neighborhood as well as visiting the Farmer"s Market, but we were close enough to drive to downtown Nashville and loved coming back to our neighborhood at the end of the day. The owners had many games in the house which we played every night. It was the perfect place to stay for ours Girl's weekend
