To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests, we have established the following house rules in accordance with Airbnb policies and procedures: * Events are allowed on a case-by-case basis with prior approval and an additional event fee required. Any event held in the home without prior approval will result in forfeiture of the reservation cost, immediate eviction, and a $1000 fee. * For your protection and ours, exterior cameras located around the exterior of the property and inside the basement and garage area(which is off limits). The camera may record audio and video during your stay. * The owner reserves the right to verify the identity of all guests at their discretion. Only declared guests are allowed on the premises, and any unapproved guests or events will result in immediate eviction. * All guests must be disclosed before arrival, and the first and last name of each guest must be added to the Airbnb reservation. Additional guests will not be allowed on the premises. * Pets are welcome with a $250 pet fee paid before check-in. * Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours. * Any violation of these rules may result in immediate eviction with no refund given.This camera has the ability to record audio and video. The camera will be relocated once the pool is open for your privacy. If anyone opens the pool while in the off season without prior written approval this will be ground to have reservation terminated with out refund. The basement and garage is off limits and will be locked. If anyone is caught in the basement or garage area this will be ground to have reservation terminated with out refund.
