This home features a master bedroom with a queen bed and large closet.The second bedroom also provides a queen bed and plenty of storage space.A third single pull out is located in the sunroom. The large single bathroom with a walk-in shower serves the house with access for both the guest and master bedroom.A large open concept kitchen,dining, and living room sit at the center of the home.We have a smart tv located in the living area and Starlink internet is provided..The large deck features a barbecue grill and plenty of outdoor seating.
This property is located on a large parcel of land that is a new developing homestead. We do live on the premises!We have trails that you are welcome to walk on. The trails are not marked with signs.Please be aware and careful of the bugs and critters,after all this is rural Maine living,keep some bug spray handy!
