Enjoy sweeping views of Mount Sopris & the Carbondale valley from your perfectly-positioned windows & rooftop deck, a cozy master bedroom, loft with two twin beds, & kitchenette with everything you need to even cook a full meal. Jump on the Rio Grande, walk to the Roaring Fork River, hike Red Hill, & quickly jet up or down valley: the Carbondale Perch has it all!
Located on the second level of the home, travel upstairs from the parking area to access your peaceful perch situated in the Satank neighborhood of Carbondale. Cozy and quaint, take in sweeping views of Mount Sopris and the valley from your main living area. Your main living area includes lounge seating, a dining table, bathroom, master bedroom, and kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a large toaster oven, two induction stove tops, fridge+freezer, kettle, pots/pans, coffee maker, and utensils. Your master bedroom includes a plush queen-sized bed. Travel up the ladder to the second lounge area that includes two twin-sized beds and smart TV. The stairs are steep, so this area is best for slightly-older kiddos or adults that are comfortable going up and down stairs.
Slide open the pocket door on the main level to reveal a circular staircase that travels up to the rooftop deck with sweeping Sopris and Valley views. This area is shared with the homeowners but it is their goal to give you space and privacy when in-use. Enjoy comfortable outdoor furniture as you bask in the warmth of this special space.
