Bring your fishing boat or pontoon boat. We are perfectly situated just 3 miles to the State Park and just 5 miles to town. Swan offers WiFi and a full private kitchen, living/dinning room, 2 bedrooms and a private bathroom. Enjoy sunsets and a firepit. There is a gathering place for rainy days with ping pong and foosball. A fish cleaning station is located on the property to clean the catch of the day and of course the beautiful private sandy beach. There is a park located right across the street, where there is a boat launch and a playground with swings. There is a gas grill that take small propane bottles(not provided).
