Description:
Beautiful house for total of 7 bedrooms (7 beds + 1 sofabed), 2 living areas, 4 full bathrooms (one is inside the master bedroom), laundry room & onsite manager.
Spacious rooms with 9-10.5 ft ceiling height, areas are new, nice and clean.
Beds: 7 beds + 1 Sofabeds = 8 beds total.
Every bedroom has air condition. Total of 8 units of AC.
Cable TV upstairs & downstairs.
Free WIFI.
Separate entrances.
Free parking spaces inside the gated driveway (Maximum of 3 vehicles ok).
To the west side, 5-25 minutes to 7-Eleven, gas stations, Jack in the Box, Foodland, Mc Donald's, post office, Starbucks, banks, Waialae Country Club (Golfing), Ross, Kahala Mall, Macy's, Whole Food, California Pizza, Chilis, Pizza Hut, Zippys, Kahala Beach Park, Walmart, Target, Ala Moana Mall, Waikiki, downtown, and the airport, etc...
To the east side, appx 5-7 minutes of drive to gas stations, Kaiser clinic, Roy's Restaurant, Outback Steakhouse, Hawaii Kai Towne Center, banks, Panda Express, Starbucks, Mc Donald's, Burger King, Costco, Ross, Safeway, Long's Drugs, Pizza Hut, Hawaii Kai Shopping Center, Zippys, 24-Hour Fitness, movie theater, FedEx, UPS, library, restaurants and dinning, water. *Note 3: Booking person must be at least 25 yrs old & one of the persons in your group's arrival and stay throughout. (NO subleasing; no new person replacement for early checked out person, only for the same original group members throughout the entire stay.)
*Note 4: Onsite Manager for convenient service.
