Summary: The Sunshine Dream House was perfect for our family. The house was exactly what was expected based on the pictures and description. The rooms were big and the back patio was very inviting. There was plenty of seating for large dinners both inside and out. The property owner was great. He was very friendly and very responsive by text and phone. The location is great. Only a few miles from the Dania Beach Pier, very short and easy drive to Fort Lauderdale, also a short drive to Miami. The house is close to lots of shopping and great restaurants. I would stay here again with my family.
